Description
The Federal Bureau of Prisons is seeking a quotation for the provision of fruit, specifically canned and frozen peaches, for FCI Danbury. The quotation must include the price per unit and total price for the specified quantities. The award will be made to the responsible Quoter(s) whose quote conforms to the requirements and is determined to provide the best value to the Government. The quotation must be submitted electronically to Jared Caswell, Property and Procurement Officer, by June 5th, 2026, 11:00 a.m. Eastern Standard Time.

• The fruit must comply with all applicable Federal, State, and local mandatory requirements and regulations.
• The fruit must be packed in light syrup, lightly sweetened fruit juice and water, lightly sweetened fruit juice, slightly sweetened water, extra light syrup, slightly sweetened fruit juice and water, slightly sweetened fruit juice, or in water.
• The fruit must be U.S. Grade A, B, or C.
• The quotation must include the price per unit and total price for the specified quantities.
