The Town of Rolesville is seeking a qualified consulting firm to assess progress on its 2024‑2029 Strategic Plan, identify implementation gaps, and provide limited updates along with practical tools for ongoing management. The engagement will include internal stakeholder interviews, development of department work plans, creation of a performance‑measurement framework, and design of a public reporting architecture. Deliverables consist of an assessment report, refreshed strategic plan (if changes are warranted), standardized work‑plan templates, performance metrics, and training materials for town staff. The work is expected to be completed within roughly 12 weeks after contract award.
