NOI - IC AVVIGO Guidance System Service Contract Plan for NHLBI Cardiac Catheterization Laboratory

The National Heart, Lung, and Blood Institute (NHLBI) is seeking a comprehensive service agreement for the IC AVVIGO Intravascular Ultrasound (IVUS) Guidance System located in the Cardiac Catheterization Laboratory. The service contract is necessary to ensure continuous operation, minimize downtime, and maintain manufacturer performance standards. The contractor shall provide a comprehensive service plan that includes full system coverage, preventive maintenance, software upgrades, priority repair services, and technical support access. • The service plan must include OEM-certified service and support • The service plan must be compatible with the existing IC AVVIGO system • The contractor must provide a two business day response time • The contractor must provide access to the manufacturer technical assistance center • The service plan must cover all required system components The period of performance is from May 1, 2026, to April 30, 2027, with two option years.
