The Department of Veterans Affairs is issuing a Notice of Intent to inform industry contractors of the Government’s intent to execute a Sole Source Award to BD Biosciences for the provision of BD FACSLyric Cytometry Systems Preventive Maintenance & Service. The contract will be for a base year plus four-1-year options, with the option to extend services for an additional six months.
