The Tualatin Valley Water District is seeking statements of qualifications from qualified professional firms to provide on-call professional services for planning, design, permitting, construction support, treatment and process engineering, emergency resources, and staff augmentation needs related to its potable water system and associated infrastructure. The services will be provided under an umbrella contract, and the district intends to award multiple contracts. The scope of work includes various categories of services, such as drinking water system engineering, CIP project management, project management, emergency planning, and owners' representative and construction support. • The district requires on-call professional services for its potable water system and associated infrastructure. • Proposers may submit a statement of qualifications for one or more categories of service. • The district intends to award multiple umbrella contracts, and successful proposers may be awarded a contract in more than one category of service. • The contract is not a guarantee of work, and the district reserves the right to cancel the RSOQ or reject any and all proposals.
