Description
The U.S. Government Publishing Office seeks a prime contractor to print and deliver two color‑coated, coil‑bound booklets (one blue, one red) for the Department of Homeland Security. The work includes sourcing specified paper stocks, printing (offset or digital), binding, packaging, and delivering the finished products to North Charleston, SC by September 23 2026. The contract is a fixed‑price small‑purchase (ceiling $1,373) with additional per‑100‑copy rates to be quoted. No subcontracting is permitted; all work must be performed by the prime contractor.
• Two booklets: 320‑page blue guide (BOW Sign‑off Guide) and 800‑page red guide (Master DC WQS Study Guide)
• 8½ × 11 in trim, black plastic coil bind, colored cover stock (blue/red) with gloss lamination
• Printing quality ≥ 150 line screen, 2400 × 2400 dpi 1‑bit or 600 × 600 dpi 8‑bit; either offset or digital allowed
• Delivery deadline September 23 2026 to CGC Willow, North Charleston, SC; packaging ≤ 40 lb per container, GPO Form 905 required
