Mowing and Weed Eating Services of East Dams

The West Virginia Conservation Agency is seeking a vendor to provide mowing and weed eating services for the East Dams, which consists of 23 dams. The vendor will be required to provide these services on an open-end and continuing basis. The contract will be awarded to the vendor that provides the services meeting the required specifications for the lowest overall total cost. The vendor will be responsible for providing all necessary equipment, labor, and materials to complete the services. • The services will include mowing and weed eating of established grass areas. • The vendor will be required to provide a schedule for performance of the contract services. • The vendor will be required to provide quarterly reports and annual summaries to the agency. • The vendor will be responsible for ensuring that all work is completed in accordance with the contract specifications and requirements.
