Description
The State of Michigan is seeking a provider for the maintenance of radiological protection laboratory equipment. The contract will be for a period of five years and will include on-site maintenance services, annual customized assistance and performance verification visits, unscheduled emergency visits, replacement and repair parts, technical support, and documentation updates. The equipment was manufactured by Canberra Industries, Inc.
• The contract is expected to be a new contract.
• The intended source is Canberra Industries, Inc.
• Potential bidders who do not agree that the product or service is available only from the intended source must submit a response to the Solicitation Manager by February 5, 2026.
• Questions concerning the Invitation to Negotiate must be posted on the website by January 29, 2026, at 3:00 pm.
