Description
The Waccamaw Regional Council of Governments is seeking qualified, licensed construction contractors to submit statements of qualifications (SOQ) for inclusion on a pre‑approved contractor list that will be used for residential repair and rehabilitation projects funded in whole or in part by the South Carolina Housing Trust Fund Home Repair Program. This list will streamline future procurement by having vetted contractors ready to mobilize on home‑repair jobs throughout the Waccamaw Region (Georgetown, Horry, and Williamsburg counties). Interested firms must submit their SOQ by the June 1, 2026 deadline and may direct any questions to the designated contact by the May 15, 2026 deadline.
• Open to all qualified, licensed residential construction contractors in the Waccamaw Region.
• Projects funded by the SC Housing Trust Fund Home Repair Program (may be partial).
• No pre‑bid meeting or site visit required; submission of qualifications only.
• Deadline for questions: May 15, 2026 2:00 pm; submission deadline: June 1, 2026 2:00 pm.
