Description
The City of Columbus, Columbus Health Department is seeking a vendor to provide tobacco signage for retail tobacco locations. The signs must be vinyl/weather resistant, scratch resistant, adhesive decals with custom screen print and ultraviolet safe inks. The signs must be 6 inches wide by 4 inches high and have the words "NO PERSON UNDER THE AGE OF 21 MAY BE SOLD TOBACCO PRODUCTS INCLUDING ELECTRONIC SMOKING DEVICES" legibly printed in high contrast red color with capitalized letters at least 0.3 inches high.
• The vendor must provide a proof for review and approval before commencing the job.
• The vendor must provide at least one sample proof of each style of sign at no additional cost.
• The City will offer written approval of the sample proof before the vendor starts production.
• The vendor has 14 days to provide the City with finished signs once receiving approval.
• The City is not responsible for any production or shipping cost associated with printed materials that are not approved in writing.
• Upon receipt and inspection by the City, any deficient materials must be replaced by the awarded vendor at no additional cost to the City.
