Description
The US Air Force is seeking to establish a Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) with off-base lodging properties to support 6 ARW lodging requirements and Air Force Reserve Inactive Duty Training (IDT) lodging requirements when on-base lodging is not available. The BPA will be for a period of 5 years, from 03 Dec 2025 to 02 Dec 2030. The contractor will be required to provide lodging services at rates not exceeding the JTR rate identified in the Statement of Work. The contractor will be authorized to provide lodging, in accordance with the attached Schedule and Price List, when called by the Contracting Officer or their designated representative(s) during the period of the BPA.
• The BPA will be reviewed and revised annually to conform to all requirements of statutes, Executive orders, or the FAR and its Supplements.
• The Government is obligated only to the extent of authorized purchases actually made under the BPA.
• The dollar limitation for each individual call under the BPA is $100,000.00.
• The contractor will be required to submit invoices and delivery tickets for all deliveries made during a billing period.
