VoIP Phone System - Request for Proposals

Wilson County Schools is seeking proposals from qualified vendors to provide a district-wide, cloud-hosted Voice over IP (VoIP) phone system. The system must support 24 school sites, the Central Office, and Facilities Services, and must be a fully hosted, high-availability system designed to support approximately 1,500 internal extensions and a minimum of 100 external phone numbers. The system must provide enterprise-grade reliability, including documented uptime standards and a publicly accessible system status page for real-time outage and incident reporting. The proposed system must also be fully compliant with E911 requirements, including dynamic location reporting for accurate emergency response.
