The City of Rancho Cucamonga is seeking qualified consultants to join a pre‑qualified list for on‑call services supporting the Rancho Cucamonga Municipal Utility (RCMU). The list will be used for future utility‑related projects over a five‑year base period, with two optional one‑year extensions. Services are split into two disciplines: (1) Electrical engineering design and support, including plan checking, design, cost estimating, outage assistance, and utility data management; and (2) Construction management and inspection, covering field inspections, compliance monitoring, contract administration, and liaison duties.
