The U.S. Department of Interior, Appraisal and Valuation Services Office (AVSO), is seeking land appraisal services for approximately 62.5 acres of improved land with a vacant manor house, horse stable building, bungalow, and outbuildings, located in Fort Washington, Prince Georges County, Maryland. The selected contractor will be required to provide a land appraisal. The final delivery date for the appraisal is 125 days after the award. • The contractor will need to provide a comprehensive appraisal of the land and its improvements. • The contractor must acknowledge receipt of any amendments to the solicitation prior to the hour and date specified in the solicitation or as amended. • The contractor must submit their offer by the extended RFQ date of April 24, 2026, by 1500hrs Mountain Daylight Time (MDT).
