Description
The project involves the complete replacement of existing wall-mounted heat pumps and dedicated outside air units, miscellaneous duct replacement/installation, replacement of control system, and miscellaneous painting at W.G. Nunn Elementary School. The successful bidder will be required to begin procuring materials on receipt of the Notice to Proceed and complete the work prior to July 30, 2026. The bidder must be properly licensed and able to obtain insurance and bonds required for the work. Key aspects of the project include:
