The Boston Housing Authority is seeking a Construction Management at Risk Services firm for the Franklin Field Envelope and Mechanical Upgrades project. The project involves critical improvements to seven buildings containing 129 units and is expected to have an estimated construction cost of $43 million. The selected firm will be responsible for providing public CM at Risk services with a Guaranteed Maximum Price under M.G.L. Chapter 149A.
