The Regional Transit Authority of New Orleans is seeking a qualified contractor to replace the HVAC unit at its security booth located at 3900 Desire Parkway. The scope includes removal of the existing unit, provision of a lift, installation of a new 2‑ton, 230 V single‑phase Trane (or equal) rooftop package unit, replacement of the disconnect box and thermostat, and testing for proper operation. Work must be performed during normal business hours (7 am‑3 pm).
