Description
The Department of Veterans Affairs Network Contracting Office (NCO) 07 is issuing a notice of intent to award a sole source contract to SupraVISTA Medical DSS LLC for the annual license and support of the Brillians (SupraVISTA) software. The software is a Cognitive Support System (CSS) that is fully integrated with VistA and CPRS and has a VA-approved Technical Resource Manual (TRM). The contract is for one base year with four 1-year options, effective on February 28, 2027. The place of performance is the Central Alabama VA Medical Center, West Campus.
• The software is used by the Central Alabama VA Health Care System (CAVAHCS) and the VA enterprise to standardize and maximize patient care.
• The product and services are currently provided under contract number 36C24722P0313, which is in its final option year and expires on February 27, 2027.
• A new contract is required to avoid a lapse in software access, which would severely disrupt clinical care and result in clinical errors, patient safety, and reduced clinician productivity.
• The Brillians license and support is only available directly from SupraVISTA Medical DSS, which owns the proprietary rights to the software.
