Description
The City of Merced is seeking a qualified electrical‑service contractor or consulting firm to produce complete, editable as‑built documentation for eleven PLC control panels that operate the wastewater treatment plant’s critical processes. The contractor must conduct on‑site assessments, develop detailed AutoCAD 2025 schematics, wiring diagrams, panel elevations, functional descriptions, and inventory lists, and deliver these in both digital (DWG/PDF) and printed formats following strict technical standards. The scope also includes phased submittals, on‑site training for plant staff, and a final comprehensive report.
• Perform on‑site inspection and data collection for all 11 PLC panels.
• Deliver full set of as‑built electrical schematics, panel layouts, functional descriptions, and spare‑parts inventories in editable AutoCAD 2025 format.
• Provide phased deliverables (sample, 75 %, 95 %, final) and a 4‑hour training session for plant personnel.
• Meet mandatory pre‑proposal conference on March 17 2026; proposals due by April 29 2026, 4:30 PM PST.
