Engineering and Design Services for Police Department HVAC Unit Replacement Project

The City of West Sacramento is soliciting proposals from qualified firms or individuals to provide Engineering and Design Services for the replacement of HVAC systems at the Police Department. The project includes designing a like-for-like replacement of the existing HVAC system with controls, entire duct system cleaning, and a new building management system (BMS). The selected contractor will be responsible for assessing the existing conditions, developing design-ready construction documents, and providing engineering support services during construction. • The project requires the replacement of the existing HVAC system with a new system that includes modern, greener technology. • The contractor must ensure compliance with all applicable codes and requirements. • The contractor must provide a cost proposal that includes all applicable federal, state, and local taxes. • The contractor must have a minimum of five years of experience providing the services required to complete the Scope of Work to public agencies in California.
