Description
Jacksonville Port Authority (JAXPORT) is seeking a qualified, licensed contractor to provide comprehensive pest‑control, turf‑management, rodent‑control, and termite‑treatment services on a year‑round basis for multiple port facilities. The work includes interior and exterior pest treatments, monthly lawn mowing and fertilization, regular rodent inspections and baiting, annual termite preventive treatments, and the provision/maintenance of rodent‑bait boxes. All fees must be all‑inclusive (labor, materials, equipment, fuel surcharges, environmental fees, etc.). The contract is initially for one year with up to four optional one‑year renewals, and the award will go to the lowest‑price, responsive, responsible bidder.
• Monthly pest‑control visits at each listed facility (12 visits per year).
• Monthly turf‑management (mowing, edging, fertilization, weed control) for all landscaped areas.
• Monthly rodent‑control inspections, baiting, and dead‑rodent removal; plus installation/maintenance of bait boxes.
• Annual termite inspection and sub‑terranean treatment for all applicable structures.
• Rapid response requirement: acknowledge service calls within 1 hour and dispatch technicians within 2 hours.
