RFP: 25262030 - FY26 MEHS Dorms Roof Systems Replacement

The State of Alaska, Department of Transportation and Public Facilities, is seeking a contractor to provide professional services for the design, development, and replacement of roof systems, gutters, and downspouts for three dormitory facilities at the Mt. Edgecumbe High School complex in Sitka, AK. The scope of work includes evaluation of the existing system, providing recommendations to address deficiencies, hazardous material investigation, design services, and bidding and construction support. The estimated period for performance is approximately March 2026 to December 2027. • The contractor will be responsible for evaluating the existing roof systems and providing recommendations for replacement. • The contractor will be responsible for designing the new roof systems, including gutters and downspouts. • The contractor will be responsible for providing bidding and construction support. • The contractor will be responsible for investigating hazardous materials.
