The Shelby County Board of Education (Memphis‑Shelby County Schools) seeks a qualified vendor to provide on‑demand staff‑augmentation services across its K‑12 system. The contractor will recruit, credential, background‑check, and place a variety of personnel—including certified teachers, paraprofessionals, nutrition staff, warehouse workers, and drivers—on an as‑needed basis, delivering qualified staff on the first day a vacancy arises. All personnel must meet Tennessee licensing and background‑check requirements, and the vendor is responsible for payroll, taxes, workers’ compensation, and benefits. The contract is a fixed‑price, one‑year agreement with up to four optional one‑year renewals, billed at a uniform $20.00 per hour for every position.
