Flex Factory Phase 2 - Textiles Complex

One-Two SentencesThis is the second phase of a multi-phase renovation andmodernization of the Textiles Complex. The second phase willrenovate approximately 9,000sf of space located on the firstfloor and will execute several small “enabling” projectsto vacate and make room for a roughly 6,000sf expansion ofthe Flex Factory.A Pre-submittal Meeting will be held on October 7, 2026 at1:00 PM at the Textiles Complex, 1020 Main Campus Drive,Raleigh, NC 27607 in Conference Room 3436. In-personattendance is not mandatory, but highly encouraged.Current Project authorization is for advance planning only.The selected firm may be retained through full design andconstruction at the University's option.Interested firms are to submit an electronic proposal to theaddress listed below by 5:00 PM on October 23, 2026.
