Central Office Architect-Engineering Services

The Federal Bureau of Prisons (FBOP) is seeking architect-engineering firms for a multiple award, indefinite delivery indefinite quantity (IDIQ) contract. The contract will have a one-year base period with four one-year option periods, and the estimated annual maximum is $3,000,000. The services required include comprehensive design services, construction administration, and related services for existing institutions, new institutions, and support infrastructure. The firms must be licensed/registered within the applicable states and conform to all laws, rules, and requirements. • Comprehensive design services for repair, alteration, and new construction projects • Construction administration and related services • Preparation of designs, plans, specifications, estimates, and reports • Performance of physical plant and infrastructure system reviews • Certifying compliance with Architectural Barriers Act (ABA), life safety, and other relevant codes and regulatory requirements • Life Cycle Cost analyses and other tasks as required
