Roll Paper

The Internal Revenue Service (IRS) is seeking a contractor to provide roll paper for its Correspondence Production Services (CPS) facilities in Detroit, MI; Ogden, UT; and Bloomington, IL. The contract will be a Single-Award Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) with a one-year base period and four one-year option periods. The contractor will be required to manufacture and deliver 17-inch wide, 50-inch diameter rolls of 20 lb. bond paper with 30% post-consumer waste. Deliveries will be made per individual delivery orders issued under the IDIQ contract, with a minimum quantity of 100 and a maximum quantity of 6800. • The contract requires the delivery of roll paper compatible with Ricoh InfoPrint 5000 and Ricoh VC40000 inkjet printers. • The contractor must provide all services as described in the Statement of Work (SOW) and shall be subject to the terms and conditions. • The contract includes a one-year base year and four one-year option periods. • The total orders combined throughout the contract will range between 100 (minimum) – 6800 (maximum) in quantity.
