Breezeway Property

The City of Panama City is requesting proposals for the development of the Breezeway Property, located at 447 Harrison Avenue in Panama City, Florida. The development may include planning, design, permitting, financing, construction, and management or lease of the property, and should align with the revitalization mission of downtown Panama City and the Downtown Strategic Vision document. Proposers must demonstrate the requisite knowledge, experience, and financial capability to perform the services requested. The City may select one or more proposers to enter into negotiations with for the development of the property. • The proposal should include a development plan, design, and operational philosophy. • The proposed plan for financing and construction should be outlined. • The proposer's capability to perform the agreement on a timely basis and previous satisfactory performance will be considered. • The City reserves the right to negotiate with one or more proposers and to reject any or all proposals.
