The State Board for Community and Technical Colleges (SBCTC) is seeking an independent retirement‑plan consulting firm to provide fiduciary‑support, investment advisory, compliance, and governance services for its portfolio of four public‑sector retirement plans (>$4.3 B in assets, >22 000 participants). The consultant will act as the trusted advisor to the Retirement Plan/Investment Review Committee, delivering ongoing advisory, quarterly/annual reporting, training, and technology‑platform support, with a one‑year initial contract and up to four one‑year extensions.
