Description
The US Army is seeking a contractor to provide maintenance and repair services for Land Mobile Radio and Emergency Vehicle Equipment (LMR-EV) at Joint Base Myer-Henderson Hall (JBM-HH). The contractor will be responsible for providing all personnel, equipment, tools, materials, supervision, and other items necessary to perform the required work. The contractor must have experience working with Harris products and be certified in the wiring of electronics. The contract will be for a base period of one year with four option years.
• The contractor will provide labor and materials to fix or repair any items that need repair or purchase replacement for items that cannot be repaired.
• The contractor will build radio personalities, program radios, replace batteries and other radio equipment as needed, and keep satellites and mobile command components in working condition.
• The contractor will ensure radio towers are in working order and repair them when needed.
• The contractor will install or uninstall equipment on vehicles that currently have the government's equipment.
• The contractor must have a Secret clearance and comply with all security requirements.
