The National Energy Technology Laboratory (NETL) intends to negotiate and award a purchase order on a sole source basis to Oxford Instruments for a service contract agreement for the NETL-owned Oxford Instruments GeoSpec 12/53 NMR Rock Core Analyzer. The service agreement covers scheduled maintenance, which is critical for uninterrupted support of the GeoSpec 12/53 NMR for several NETL research portfolios.
