Description
The U.S. Army is seeking a contractor to provide door and dock repair services at the Tobyhanna Army Depot in Pennsylvania. The contractor will be responsible for assessing and repairing overhead doors, dock equipment, and their closely associated components. The contract will have a base period of one year with four optional years. The contractor must provide all necessary personnel, equipment, and materials to perform the work.
• The contractor must have experience with door and dock repair services.
• The contractor must be able to provide a detailed proposal for repair work, including costs and timelines.
• The contractor must be able to work independently and make decisions with minimal supervision.
• The contractor must be able to communicate effectively with the Contracting Officer's Representative (COR) and other government personnel.
• The contractor must be able to provide all necessary safety equipment and follow all safety protocols.
