The General Services Administration (GSA) Office of Fleet Management is seeking information from contractors who can provide vehicle auction and marshalling services or marshalling only services for government vehicles. The services are required in Medford, OR, and the vendor must be located within 50 miles of the area. The vendor must also be the owner or legal lessee of the facility. The scope of work includes tasks such as advising on optimal disposition strategy, performing full vehicle inspections, creating and executing marketing plans, and providing end-to-end customer service and support. • Auction and marshalling site tasks include advising on disposition strategy, performing vehicle inspections, and creating marketing plans. • Marshalling only site tasks include transporting vehicles, inspecting vehicles, and performing pre-delivery inspections. • The contractor will be responsible for ensuring the security, storage, and release of vehicles from the time of receipt until final removal. • The contractor will also be responsible for managing the logistics of vehicle transportation and preparing vehicles for sale. • The contractor must provide electronic inventory management, vehicle inspection, and complete condition reporting for vehicles. • The contractor must also offer customer service to buyers in global markets and create and execute marketing campaigns for local markets.
