Description
The United States Navy is seeking a contractor to provide mail distribution and management services for the Naval Support Activity (NSA) Crane in Indiana. The contractor will be responsible for sorting, receiving, and distributing all incoming and outgoing mail, as well as providing mail services in accordance with applicable documents and regulations. The contractor will also be required to maintain accurate records, provide reports, and comply with all applicable federal, state, and local laws.
• The contractor shall provide all labor, supplies, materials, equipment, transportation, supervision, and management to perform the requirements of this contract.
• The contractor shall comply with all NSA Crane security requirements and obtain the necessary permits and licenses.
• The contractor shall provide a directory-type database of tenants, personnel, buildings, and codes, and provide directory service for returned mail.
• The contractor shall segregate suspect mail and notify the Mail Manager and Security Dispatch Office immediately.
• The contractor shall deliver all expedited services articles expeditiously, with any article arriving at Bldg. 6 after 3:45 pm to be delivered the following business day.
