Food Safety and Sanitation System

The Lamar County School District is seeking a vendor to provide a complete food safety and sanitation system, including education, delivery of detergents and accessories, and HACCP verification. The system should include a ServSafe Certified Instructor/Proctor to provide an eight-hour certification class and administer exams as needed. The vendor will be required to provide direct delivery to each school site of chemical products, training materials, dispensing equipment, and other necessary items. The vendor will also be required to provide education, support, and routine checks as part of their HACCP verification course. • The vendor must provide a complete HACCP Food Safety System composed of personnel instruction and documented training. • The vendor must provide an online learning portal with education modules that are approved for SNA CEU credit. • The vendor must provide a documented routine reporting system for management. • The vendor must provide environmentally preferred cleaning detergents, sanitation tools, and education to help maintain proper levels of sanitation. • The vendor must provide all necessary Safety Data Sheets for all products and ensure that they are posted in each school site in accordance with OSHA's Hazardous Communications Act.
