Scientific Supplies and Equipment Distributor

The University of Kansas, the University of Kansas Medical Center, Kansas State University, and Wichita State University are seeking a qualified supplier to provide scientific consumables, laboratory supplies, and equipment for use in educational, research, and operational activities. The supplier will be responsible for providing a wide range of products, including scientific supplies and equipment, and will be expected to meet the needs of multiple disciplines. The contract will be for a period of three years, with two optional one-year renewals. The evaluation criteria will include scientific and product quality, pricing, logistics, customer service, data integration, institutional fit, and compliance. • The contract period is from July 1, 2026, to June 30, 2029, with two optional one-year renewals. • The supplier will be expected to provide a wide range of scientific consumables, laboratory supplies, and equipment. • The evaluation criteria will include scientific and product quality, pricing, logistics, customer service, data integration, institutional fit, and compliance. • The contract will be awarded based on the best interest of the University, as determined by the KU Procurement Negotiation Committee. • The supplier will be expected to meet the needs of multiple disciplines, including educational, research, and operational activities.
