Description
The Texas Health and Human Services Commission (HHSC) is seeking bids for Covered Trash Receptacles. The contract will be for a period of time starting from May 26, 2026. The successful bidder will be required to provide the goods as specified in the Pricing Sheet, Exhibit C. The bidder must submit a comprehensive response including all required information and documentation. The evaluation criteria will include the bidder's experience, ability to perform, and financial capability.
• The bidder must provide a completed and signed Pricing Sheet, Exhibit C.
• The bidder must provide a completed and signed HHS Solicitation Affirmations, Exhibit A.
• The bidder must provide any additional information required by the IFB.
• The bidder must submit their response by the deadline, May 20, 2026, 10:30 AM.
• The bidder must ensure that their response is complete and accurate, and that all required documentation is included.
