A - Latest Addendum As-Needed Plan Review Consultant Services

The City of Santa Clara is seeking the services of a qualified consultant to provide as-needed plan review services, including permit processing and public information services, for the Planning Division. The consultant will be required to provide services on an annual basis, with the need for up to two as-needed planning consultants for periods of time ranging between one and six months each. The contract will be for a duration of 3 years, with two option periods of 1 year each. • The consultant will be responsible for providing a broad spectrum of Planning Division services. • The consultant will be required to provide services at the Community Development Department front desk. • The contract may result in a single or multiple awards. • The consultant will be required to submit proposals electronically.
