Description
The Borough of Manhattan Community College (BMCC) seeks a qualified Contractor to provide IT Support and Maintenance Services at the Manhattan Educational Opportunity Center (MEOC). The Contractor shall provide on a lump sum, turnkey basis, all labor, materials, and equipment to provide ongoing IT Support and Maintenance Services. The services will be performed primarily remotely, but the Contractor may be required to provide services on premises if needed. The Center has approximately 70 faculty and staff computers and five computer labs.
• The Contractor shall provide IT Support and Maintenance Services, including hardware and software support, troubleshooting, and repair.
• The Contractor shall ensure that all services are performed in accordance with the Specifications and the terms and conditions of the Contract.
• The Contractor shall provide a detailed breakdown of its Bid Price, including all costs and expenses.
• The Contractor shall comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and requirements.
• The Contractor shall provide proof of insurance and bonds as required by the Contract.
• The Contractor shall perform all services in a professional and workmanlike manner.
