The City of Salina is seeking competitive sealed bids to replace aging water‑main infrastructure across three street corridors. Phase 1 (Dover Drive) includes installation of 12‑in. and 6‑in. DICL mains, 6‑in. PVC water main, fire hydrant installations/removals, valve assemblies, and numerous meter‑pit upgrades. Phase 2 (10th & 11th Streets) expands the water‑main network with over 3,000 ft of 6‑in. water main, additional hydrants, valve boxes, and extensive meter‑pit work. Phase 3 (Larson Street) adds 750 ft of 6‑in. water main, a few hydrants, and meter‑pit replacements.
