Description
The Sauk County Administration Department is seeking requests for proposals for building repairs of the terminal building located at the Tri-County Airport. The scope of work includes roof replacement, soffit and facia removal and replacement, siding replacement, and window replacement. The successful vendor will be responsible for completing the work by November 30, 2026.
Key aspects of the project include:
• Roof replacement with cam metal
• Removal and replacement of soffit and facia with new aluminum vented soffit and fascia
• Removal and replacement of T1-11 wood siding with metal or vinyl siding
• Removal and replacement of windows with energy-efficient new construction windows
• Compliance with all building code requirements
