Workers Compensation Third Party Administrator

The City of Denton is seeking a Third Party Administrator (TPA) to provide claim management services for workers' compensation. The TPA will be responsible for managing all aspects of workers' compensation claims, including claim setup, investigation, medical management, and litigation. The City is looking for a TPA with experience in providing workers' compensation services to public entities and a proven track record of using innovative approaches to provide cost-effective solutions. The TPA will be required to provide a detailed proposal outlining their approach to claim management, including their staffing plan, claims handling procedures, and technology capabilities. • The TPA will be responsible for managing all workers' compensation claims, including medical only, managed medical, and complex claims. • The TPA will be required to provide a detailed staffing plan, including the qualifications and experience of all staff members. • The TPA will be required to provide a detailed description of their claims handling procedures, including their approach to investigation, medical management, and litigation. • The TPA will be required to provide a description of their technology capabilities, including their risk management information system (RMIS) and data reporting capabilities.
