Bath Vent Maintenance

The Appalachian State University is seeking a qualified vendor to provide bath vent maintenance services. The contract term will be for three years with the option to renew for up to seven additional one-year terms. The vendor will be responsible for removing vent grill covers, unplugging motors, and cleaning fan assemblies, among other tasks. The vendor must also provide pricing for each type of maintenance and an hourly rate for unforeseen work. • The vendor must have experience in providing similar services. • The vendor must have a good understanding of the requirements and specifications outlined in the RFP. • The vendor must be able to provide high-quality services in a timely manner. • The vendor must be able to work effectively with the university's staff and students.
