Description
The Texas Department of Housing and Community Affairs (TDHCA) is seeking a vendor to provide TRACS (Texas Rental Assistance Certification System) processing services for its Section 811 PRA program. The selected vendor will be responsible for completing the grantee (TDHCA) TRACS requirements. The total number of properties and units is unknown at this time, and only rough estimates are provided. The contract term is approximately 12 months, with the option to renew for three additional 12-month periods. The vendor must comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and requirements, including those related to accessibility, confidentiality, and intellectual property.
