Description
The State of Alabama seeks a sole‑source vendor to renew a licensing agreement for the Cognia Teacher Observation Tool (Professional Learning). The supplier must provide continued access to a web‑based platform that includes eProve Observation Tool, surveys, Cognia quality factors, strategies, workspace, accreditation protocol, performance standards, learning community library, and related professional‑learning resources.
