Description
The Department of Public Safety (DPS) is requesting bids for Grounds Maintenance Services at the DPS Wallisville Office. The contract term commences on 09/01/2026 and expires on 08/31/2031. The contractor will be responsible for providing grounds maintenance services, including mowing, edging, and planting. The contractor must submit proposed pricing on the Mandatory Pricing Schedule, which includes all costs, fees, licenses, and expenses for the delivery and performance of the services.
• The contractor must have experience in providing similar services.
• The contractor must have the necessary equipment and personnel to perform the services.
• The contractor must comply with all applicable laws and regulations.
• The contractor must provide proof of insurance and bonding.
• The contractor must submit a transition plan in the event of a contract award to a new contractor.
