The City of Ann Arbor is procuring a firm‑price supply contract for a cationic emulsion polymer to be used at its Water Resource Recovery Facility. Only two pre‑approved polymer brands may be offered, and deliveries will be made in bulk tank‑truck loads (4,000‑5,000 gal) or 330 gal totes as needed.
