Description
The Department of Human Services is seeking to partner with the University of Denver for the assignment of three American Psychological Association (APA) accredited Psychologist Interns to provide psychology services for a period of twelve months. The partnership is required for accreditation and has been a long-standing program. The total cost is estimated to be a maximum of $200,000.
• The contract term is from August 1, 2026, to July 31, 2027, aligning with the University of Denver's academic year.
• The internship program is an essential service for patients and supports the teaching mandate and mission of Ft. Logan.
• The University of Denver provides all necessary services for maintenance of the internship program.
• Changing vendors would require a 3-5 year transition process and potential loss of accreditation.
