PATH4EMS Peer Assistance

The Colorado Department of Public Health and Environment is seeking a vendor to provide mental health services to Emergency Medical Service (EMS) Providers in the state of Colorado. The selected vendor will provide education, evaluation, treatment, and referral services to EMS Providers and their family members. The vendor will be required to have a minimum of five years of experience providing mental health services, with at least one year of experience providing services to first responders or similar professions. The vendor will also be required to have a current Professional or Business License from the Colorado Department of Regulatory Agencies. • The services will be provided through a network of clinical service providers throughout the state. • The vendor will be required to submit a proposal that includes an organizational summary, experience and qualifications summary, project work plan, and budget. • The evaluation criteria will include the vendor's experience and qualifications, work plan, and budget. • The contract will be for an initial term of one year, with the option to renew for up to four additional one-year periods.
