Description
The Office of Naval Intelligence is seeking to procure MathWorks software, specifically MATLAB and SIMULINK, through a sole source contract. The contract will be a firm fixed price contract for the procurement of software and sustainment. The requirement is for MathWorks' annual maintenance and support of existing licenses of MATLAB and SIMULINK software products. The justification for the sole source contract is that MathWorks is the sole producer of MATLAB and SIMULINK, and only MathWorks brand patches and updates can be applied to installations of this software.
