Description
The U.S. Embassy in Zagreb, Croatia requires Building Automation System (BAS) Preventive Maintenance (PM) services. The contractor shall perform BAS PM services, provide personnel, supplies, and equipment, and ensure all systems are in good operational condition. The contract is for a base year with four option years, and the contractor must provide services in a professional and timely manner.
• The contractor shall provide semi-annual services for the base year and each option year.
• The contractor shall provide an insurance fee annually.
• The contractor shall provide all necessary personnel, supplies, and equipment.
• The contractor shall ensure all systems are in good operational condition.
• The contractor shall provide remote support as described in the Statement of Work.
